The National Order of the Arrow Conference (NOAC) is the premier event of the Order of the Arrow and is Scouting's second-largest national event. Arrowmen from across our nation gather both in person and virtually for an inspirational and unforgettable experience full of fellowship, training, adventure, and fun! NOAC 2027 will be held from July 26-31 at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
Throughout the week, participants explore a wide variety of activities designed to inspire personal growth and strengthen their ability to serve their lodges and communities. From leadership development and hands-on learning to outdoor adventure, service projects, arena shows, competitions, patch trading, and fellowship, every day offers new opportunities to connect with others and discover something new.
The conference registration fee offers three price points for contingent delegates and three options for staff members. The cost includes housing (except commuter staff), food, and program activities. It does not include travel costs. Below are the details of each option.

Registration Instructions
Register With Your Lodge Contingent
If you would like to attend NOAC with your lodge contingent, you will register and pay through your lodge. Reach out to your lodge leadership for more information on pricing and how to register as a delegate. To find your lodge leadership, use the lodge locator tool. Please contact your lodge leadership for more information.
Your contingent leader will start your registration by adding you as a contingent member, which will send you an email. At that time, you can login using your ArrowID and complete your registration. Do not use either of the individual registration links on this page.
Register as a Staff Member

If you would like to register as a volunteer staff member, you will apply, pay, and register individually. Staff opportunities are available for both youth and adults. You can either choose to stay in University of Illinois dorms or premium (hotel) housing. You will register by selecting “Staff Member” from the registration options. Note: Hotel housing options will be communicated in early 2027 and are not available for selection during initial registration.
Register for Virtual Viewing
A virtual viewing program will allow individuals who are unable to attend NOAC 2027 in person to experience select conference programming. Participants will have access to many of the conference’s signature programs, including select keynote presentations and evening shows. Additional programming and viewing opportunities will be announced closer to the conference. Registration details, pricing, and the full viewing schedule will be released in Spring 2027.
Register your Lodge Contingent (contingent leaders only)
As a contingent leader, you will start the process by selecting “Lodge Contingent” from the registration options and creating your lodge’s contingent. After filling in your lodge’s leadership information, you will choose the number of standard and discounted delegate slots to reserve for your lodge. A bill will be sent to your council. After the order is placed, you will be able to enter the name and email for each person in your contingent. They will each be sent an email to fill out the rest of their registration information, and you can track their status from your dashboard.

Cancel Your Registration
All requests for cancellation must be made in writing to concierge@oa-scouting.org by June 25, 2027. Refund eligibility and amount is dependent on the registration option selected. All participants canceling their reservation after June 25, 2027, will forfeit their entire conference fee. Any contingent member requests should originate with the contingent leader. Staff applicants not selected for a staff role receive a full refund of fees paid.
