Program Details
The Section E13 FORUM 2026 is a gathering of the seven lodges of Section E13 of the Order of the Arrow for a weekend of high-caliber training and fellowship. This year's them will be a "a survivor halloween".

Cancellation Policy
30 days prior to the event, a refund of the registration fee less 3% transaction fee will be issued. Anything between 2 weeks and 30 days is 50% of the registration fee less the 3% transaction fee. Within 2 weeks a refund is at the discretion of the Section Adviser. This will usually only be granted in the event of an emergency. All requests must be in writing via email to Section Adviser, Terri Andrews at tandrews@oa-e13.org
Accommodations and Meals
Accommodations
All FORUM attendees will be housed in cabins at Camp Lazarus. Housing assignments will be made in accordance with the Guide to Safe Scouting. Attendees will be notifed if they need to bring a tent
Meals
Your registration for this event will include the following meals:

Training Offerings
This year's FORUM will feature track-style training in the morning followed by an open forum in the afternoon afternoon. During the registration process, you will be asked to select which training track they would like to attend. The link below provides a list of the tracking and training cells offered this year

Check-In Information
All attendees must bring the following to check-in:
- Parts A&B of your Annual Health and Medical Record (AHMR)
- Signed copy of the Section Code of Conduct
Electronic versions of either form will not accepted.
Safeguarding Youth Requirements
All attendees over the age of 18 attending FORUM must be current on their safeguarding youth training. All attendees must have an active Scouting America registration to be able to attend the weekend. No exceptions will be granted for this requirement. Attendees who need to take SYT may do so at my.scouting.org.
All SYT and mebership issues must be resolved by October 23, 2026 to be able to attend FORUM.
