Welcome to the Section Induction Experience (SIE) offered to OA members. This event simulates the new Induction Weekend and prepares lodge ceremony teams and luminaries to staff future Lodge Induction Experiences. This event is designed for the main inductions team ceremonialists, luminaries, and leadership to experience the new Order of the Arrow Induction before presenting it to the members of their home lodge. It is an essential step in successfully rolling out the new Induction Experience to our members.

SECTION INDUCTION EXPERIENCE IS STRONGLY ENCOURAGED FOR ANYONE WHO HAS NOT HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO SEE, PARTICIPATE IN, AND COMPLETE THE NEW INDUCTION PROCESS.

Friday, August 21, 2026 – 7:00 p.m. to Sunday, August 23, 2026 – 9:00 a.m. Mountain Time
Conclave / Ceremony Team Staff Members
This registration is for OA members who have been trained on the New Induction Experience, will be staffing this event, and have been sent a direct registration link.
Registration Fees
- Regular Registration Fee: $65 Ends Friday, August 14, 2026, at 11:59 p.m.
- Late Registration Fee: $75 – Begins Saturday, August 15, 2026, at 12:00 a.m.
- Registration Closes: Wednesday, August 19, 2026, at 11:59 p.m.
After completing this registration, please re-enter the envent and submit your medical form via CampDoc. ALL medical forms MUST use CampDoc.
Friday Night Check-In for All Attendees
5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Please eat dinner before you arrive, as no meals are planned for Friday evening.
You will need your Field Uniform for the Friday evening flag ceremony. An activity uniform may be worn for the remainder of the evening. Please bring and wear your OA sash until the 7:00 p.m. activity. At that time you will need to remove it, but have it in your possession.
Staff and ceremony team members should wear their OA sash to help identify them.
Please report to the registration area for check-in.
Verify your CampDoc medical forms and receive your crew assignment for the Induction Experience portion of the weekend.
Participants
- You will be assigned to a crew and receive a wristband designating your crew.
- You will meet your fellow crew members from across the Section.
- The Participant Instructions & Packing List will be sent as the event approaches. (Approximately two weeks prior to the event)
Throughout the weekend, all vehicles must remain parked in the designated parking lot and may not be parked at campsites.
Sunday Morning Departure 9:00 a.m.
After breakfast and upon completion of the Conclave and Induction Experience weekend, we will police the campgrounds and ensure Camp Pinewood is left better than we found it before departing.

Friday, August 21, 2026
- 3:00 p.m. – Set up tents and campsites
- 5:00 p.m. – Registration Opens
- 5:00–7:00 p.m. – Light cracker barrel, social time, and trading post open
- 6:30 p.m. – Flag Ceremony
- 7:00 p.m. – Section Induction Experience Begins
- 9:30 p.m. – First Ceremony 9:00 p.m. if two ceremonies are needed, with the second beginning at 10:00 p.m.
- 11:00 p.m. – Lights Out

- 7:00 a.m. – Reveille
- 7:45 a.m. – Flags and Breakfast
- 8:15 a.m.–6:00 p.m. – Induction Experience Events
- 6:30 p.m. – Dinner
- 7:30 p.m. – Section G14 Conclave Business Meeting and Campfire

- 8:30 a.m. – Installation of Section G14 Officers for 2026–2027
