Regular Registration Fee $35.00 Late Registration Fee $45.00 starts 07/18/2026 Registration Closes 07/31/2026 Health Forms will be done through Camp Doc's. Once the individual registers, they will be able to go the Event Tab and under the Health and Medical section, there will be a link called CampDoc Medical Records Access Link to be able to up load their Medical Parts A, B1, B2 and Insurance information. No paper forms will be accepted. Tent camping for all participants and staff unless other arrangements have been made with the Inductions Team and Section personnel.

OA Members Experiencing
Induction Weekend as Participants

Friday, August 14, 2026 - 6 pm to Sunday, August 16, 2026 - 11 am

Welcome to Section Induction Experience (SIE) offered to OA Members. The event simulates an Induction Weekend and trains OA members to be able to staff future Lodge Induction Experience.

This registration is for OA Members who will be attending and experiencing the New OA Induction Experience Weekend. Once OA Members have attended SIE, they are trained to staff future Lodge Induction Weekends.

Staff (OA Members)
This registration is for OA members who have been trained on the New Induction Experience and will be staffing this event.

Registration Fees
• Regular Registration Fee $35 - Ends Friday, July 17, 2026 @ 11:59 p.m.
• Late Registration Fee $45 - Starts on Saturday, July 18, 2026 @ 12:00 a.m.
• Registration Closes Friday, July 31, 2026 @ 11:59 p.m.

Friday Night Check-In for all Attendees @ 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm
Please eat dinner before you arrive, there are no meals planned for Friday night.

• Wear your full Field Uniform (aka Class A) for registration check-in. Staff wear your OA Sash.
• Please go to the dining hall porch for registration check-in.
• Check-in with the Health Officer with your Prescriptions and OTC (if applicable).
• Participants,
o You will be assigned to a crew and receive a wristband designating your crew number.
o In the dining hall, you will meet up with your fellow crew mates
o In the dining hall, keep with you your Friday night gear/backpack.
o See Participant Instructions & Packing List for more details in the attachments.
• For the weekend, cars must be parked in the parking lot and not at campsites.

SIE Participants
In "Attachments", please review these with special attention to the SIE Participant Instructions & Packing List, which provides specific details on what to bring and how to pack.

OA Staff
You will be camping in the staff areas. Please be prepared for a great weekend at Camp Raymond.

Sunday Morning Departure @ 11:00 am
After breakfast, upon completion of our Induction Weekend, we will police the property and ensure Camp Raymond is left better than we found it before leaving the property.
