The Section Induction Experience (SIE) is a section-hosted induction weekend during which participants fully experience the New Induction Experience and are prepared to return home excited to deliver the induction experience in their lodge. It is immersive, a full weekend, and consistent with the structure of a lodge-level induction weekend. The SIE is not a demonstration or observer event, nor is it a partial weekend experience. All participants must fully experience the entire induction weekend.
The purpose of an SIE is to build lodge-level capacity to deliver the New Induction Experience. Lodges must send the members of their induction core team responsible for carrying out the induction experience, not just any interested Arrowmen. The lodge's induction core team includes ceremonialists, luminaries, induction/logistics leadership, and key advisers responsible for delivering the induction experience. Arrowmen who are not a part of their lodge's core team, should wait until their lodge's induction experience to participate in the New Induction Experience.
