The theme of E17 Conclave 2026 is centered on the 250th anniversary of the United States. It is a celebration of American culture, patriotism, revolutionary spirit, and US history. The decorations and environment will be geared towards colonial and/or contemporary patriotic symbolism. Overall, the weekend will be aimed towards fostering brotherhood against the backdrop of scouts’ duty to country.
