Program Details
The Section E13 Conclave 2026 is a gathering of the seven lodges of Section E13 of the Order of the Arrow. This year's them will be a "Bodacious Beach Party".

Accommodations and Meals
Accommodations
This is a tent camping event. Please bring your own tent. You will not be able to drive to your campsite, so plan accordingly.
Meals
Your registration for this event will include the following meals:
- Friday Cracker Barrell
- Saturday Breakfast
- Saturday Lunch
- Saturday Dinner
- Sunday Breakfast
Check-In Information
All attendees must bring the following to check-in:
- Parts A&B of your Annual Health and Medical Record (AHMR)
- Signed copy of the Section Code of Conduct
Electronic versions of either form will not accepted.
Additional Registration Information
Early Registration Trader Patch
The first 100 people to register for Conclave will recieve our early registration trader patch.
Section E13 Nametag Giveaway
The Section will also be doing a Name Tag Giveaway. Each week the section will randomly select 10 individuals who register between Sunday at 12:00 AM and the following Saturday at 11:59 PM to recieve a special magnetic E13 logo nametag with their name and lodge. This giveaway will continue until April 25, 2026 at 11:59 PM
Trading Post Purchases
During the registration process, participants will be asked if they would like to purchase section and conclave branded items. Items purchased through NOAERS will be available for pick-up on Friday check-in. Links to what each item will look like are included below:
