Program Details
The Section E13 Conclave 2026 is a gathering of the seven lodges of Section E13 of the Order of the Arrow. This year's them will be a "Bodacious Beach Party".

Swimming at the Bodacious Beach Party
Any attendee wishing to use the swimming pool for Saturday afternoon activities must have a valid swim test completed within one year prior to the end of Conclave. Completion of the swim test must be documented using the Scouting America Swim Classification Record.

Accommodations
This is a tent camping event. Please bring your own tent. You will not be able to drive to your campsite, so plan accordingly.

Your registration for this event will include the following meals:
- Friday Cracker Barrell

- Sunday Breakfast
Check-In Information
All attendees must bring the following to check-in:
- Parts A&B of your Annual Health and Medical Record (AHMR)
- Signed copy of the Section Code of Conduct
Electronic versions of either form will not accepted.
Safeguarding Youth Requirements
All attendees over the age of 18 at the E13 Conclave are required to have completed their Safeguarding Youth / Youth Protection Traning after 5/17/2025. No exceptions will be granted for this requirement. Attendees who need to take SYT / YPT may do so at my.scouting.org.
All SYT and mebership issues must be resolved by May 8, 2026 to be able to attend Conclave.

Early Registration Trader Patch
The first 100 people to register for Conclave will recieve our early registration trader patch.
Section E13 Nametag Giveaway
The Section will also be doing a Name Tag Giveaway. Each week the section will randomly select 10 individuals who register between Sunday at 12:00 a.m. and the following Saturday at 11:59 p.m. to recieve a special magnetic E13 logo nametag with their name and lodge. This giveaway will continue until April 25, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Cancelation of registration forefits the ability to recieve a nametag. A new attendee may be redrawn.
Trading Post Pre-Order Purchases
During the registration process, participants will be asked if they would like to purchase section and conclave branded items. Items purchased through NOAERS will be available for pick-up on Friday at check-in. Links to what each item will look like are included below. These items are available for purchase by pre-order only.
