The Section E13 Conclave 2026 is a gathering of the seven lodges of Section E13 of the Order of the Arrow. This year's them will be a "Bodaicous Beach Party".

Accommodations

This is a tent camping event. Please bring your own tent. You will not be able to drive to your campsite, so plan accordingly.

Meals

Your registration for this event will include the following meals:

• Friday Cracker Barrell
• Saturday Breakfast
• Saturday Lunch
• Saturday Dinner
• Sunday Breakfast

All attendees must bring the following to check-in:

1. Parts A&B of your Annual Health and Medical Record (AHMR).
2. Signed copy of the Section Code of Conduct.

Event Pricing

The pricing schedule for the 2026 Conclave is as follows:

• Regular Fee - $40.00 (through April 30, 2026)
• Late Fee - $45.00 (April 30, 2026 through May 8, 2026)

Registration will close at 11:59 P.M. on May 8, 2026

Trading Post Purchases

During the registration process, participants will be asked if they would like to purchase region and conclave branded items. Items purchased through NOAERS will be available for pick-up on Friday check-in. Links to what each item will look like are included below:

Trainings
