This event is designed for the main inductions team (ceremonialists, luminaries, and leadership) to experience the new Order of the Arrow Induction before performing one for the members of their home lodge. It is an essential step to successfully rolling out the new induction experience to our members. Lodge Attendance Caps for participants will be in place until July 1 and Lodge Adviser approval is required to attend. Attendance caps by council: Golden Empire Council - 30 Golden Gate Area Council - 40 Marin Council - 15 Nevada Area - 15 Section G17S - 50 After July 1 the lodge caps will be listed and attendance will be first come, first serve.
