For 2026, registration will be by each individual, not by section contingent. Billing for section youth officers will be to the section's custodial council, while adults will pay via credit card at the time of registration.

Program from Friday night – Sunday morning
Dinner on Friday will start at 7pm with informal activity starting at 5:30pm, full program set to start at 8pm on Friday. Sunday will have Breakfast, but we have to be out of camp by 11am.

Flights should be booked arriving into the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport (airport code: DFW) or Dallas Love Field (DAL). Transportation can only be provided from these airports.
